Potato and rosemary pizza

Thin slices of potato crisp up to create a surprise pizza. Rosemary adds taste and chilli some spice.

Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C. Lightly grease 4 x 28cm pizza trays. Sprinkle with polenta. Divide dough into 4 pieces. Roll out each to fit trays.
2.Arrange thin layer of potato slices over each base. Top evenly with onion, cheeses, garlic, rosemary and chilli. Drizzle with oil and season to taste.
3.Bake in 2 batches, 10-12 minutes each, until golden and crisp.
