Chicken caesar salad with garlic bread
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line two oven trays with baking paper.
Arrange bread in a single layer on one tray. Arrange bacon on second tray. Bake for 7-8 minutes, turning bread once, until bread and bacon are crisp and golden. Break bacon into chunks.
Arrange lettuce on a serving platter. Top with chicken, bacon, croutons, eggs, onion and Parmesan. Season. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.

To make the dressing, pulse all ingredients in a food processor.
