1.Preheat oven to very hot, 220°C. Place pizza bases on 2 oven trays lined with baking paper.
2.Arrange tomato, onion, mozzarella and prawns evenly over bases. Season to taste.
3.Bake 10-12 minutes, until prawns are cooked and cheese is melted.
4.Meanwhile, for salsa verde, combine all ingredients except oil in a food processor. Process until smooth. With the motor running, slowly add oil. Season to taste.
5.Drizzle pizzas generously with salsa verde. Scatter with extra tarragon and cut into wedges to serve.
