Method
1.Combine zest, juice, oil, garlic, honey and pepper. Pour over prawns, turning to coat. Allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
2.Thread prawns, peach pieces and onions alternately onto skewers. Preheat barbecue or char-grill on medium.
3.Barbecue 3-5 minutes each side, until cooked through. Serve immediately.
