Method
1.Heat oil in a wok on medium; stir-fry onion, garlic, chilli and ginger, 2-3 minutes, until softened.
2.Add paste; cook a further 1 minute, until mixture is fragrant.
3.Mix in capsicum, beans and lime leaves; stir-fry 1-2 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
4.Add cooked rice, chicken, tamari and fish sauce; stir-fry 2-3 minutes, until heated through. Stir in basil.
5.Serve rice in bowls with lime wedges.
Tamari is a type of soy sauce usually made without wheat.
