1.Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F.
2.Heat butter and oil in 18cm medium ovenproof frying pan; cook potato, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender. Add onion; cook, stirring gently, 1 minute.
3.Meanwhile, whisk eggs, cream, cheese and dill in medium jug. Pour into pan; stir gently. Cook frittata over medium heat, about 2 minutes or until bottom sets. Place pan in oven; cook, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until frittata sets.
4.Slide frittata onto serving plate; serve topped with salmon, sour cream and extra dill.
