Method
1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, according to packet instructions until al dente (just tender). Drain well.
2.Melt butter in a large frying pan on high. Blend in cream and 1 1/4 cups of parmesan cheese. Heat, stirring, 3 minutes until mixture is bubbling.
3.Toss sauce and nutmeg through and season to taste. Serve topped with remaining parmesan cheese. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
Toss through some freshly torn parsley or basil.
