Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a baking tray.
2.Place pastry sheet on tray. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
3.Place mixture on pastry, leaving a 5cm border. Fold over edges to make a raised edge, leaving centre open. Chill for 15 minutes.
4.Bake for 30-35 minutes, until pastry is golden and crisp. Serve warm or cold.
This recipe also works well with shortcrust pastry.
