Fetta and capsicum penne salad
Method
1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain well and place in a large bowl to cool.
2.Combine pasta with capsicum, olives, feta, salad leaves, onion and pine nuts, and toss well.
3.Whisk together reserved oil and red wine vinegar. Pour over salad just before serving.
