Method
1.Place mashed potato, tuna, spice mix, breadcrumbs and egg in a bowl; stir until combined. Season. Firmly shape mixture into 4 patties.
2.Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over moderate heat. Cook patties 8 minutes, or until browned and cooked.
3.Combine corn, capsicum and juice in a bowl.
4.Sandwich salad leaves, patties and corn salsa in hamburger buns. Serve.
