Method
1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain.
2.Heat oil and butter in a frying pan. Saute ham and garlic for 2-3 minutes, until ham is crisp. Toss through tortellini, cream, parmesan and parsley, if desired. Season to taste and serve.
Bacon, salami or prosciutto may be used In place of ham. Use light versions of ham and cream to reduce fat content.
