Method

1.Cook pork on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue).
2.Meanwhile, combine peanut butter, coconut cream, sauces and the water in small saucepan; cook, stirring, about 3 minutes or until thickened slightly. Season to taste.
3.Serve pork drizzled with sauce; sprinkle with coriander.
