Method
1.Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid. Return pasta to pan.
2.Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add garlic, onion and zucchini; stir 3 minutes or until soft. Add salami; cook and stir 2 minutes or until heated.
3.Add zucchini mixture, half the parmesan and the reserved cooking liquid to hot pasta in pan; toss to combine. Season. Divide pasta among serving bowls, sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Serve with salad.
