Ingredients

Method

1.Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 10 minutes, following packet directions.
2.Drain and return to saucepan. Quickly toss in eggs, butter, cream and parmesan on low heat.
3.Stir in asparagus, top with chives and season to taste. Serve with salad.
