Method

1.Prepare noodles according to packet directions; drain well and set aside.
2.Heat oil in a wok on high. Stir-fry onion and garlic 1 minute. Mix in chicken and prawns; stir-fry 4-5 minutes, until cooked.
3.Push mixture to side of pan. Add egg; stir-fry until just cooked.
4.Toss through remaining ingredients and noodles; stir-fry 2 minutes. Serve sprinkled with extra coriander.
