Method

1.In a small bowl, combine chutney and lime juice.
2.Add chicken; toss to coat well. Season to taste. Set aside until required.
3.Spray a char-grill pan or barbecue plate with oil; preheat on high. Cook chicken 2-3 minutes each side, until cooked through.
4.In a bowl, combine yoghurt, lime zest and curry powder; season to taste.
5.Top each roll base with tomato, chicken, spinach and coriander. Finish with a dollop of yoghurt.
6.Serve burgers with extra chutney.
