Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Place pumpkin in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic food wrap; microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until just tender. Cool pumpkin slightly.
2.Cut bread in half crosswise, then cut each piece in half horizontally to make 4 equal pieces. Place bread, cut-side up, on a baking tray. Spread bread with passata; top with feta, salami and pumpkin. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
3.Whisk pesto and sour cream in a small bowl. Top pizza with pesto cream. Serve with salad.

You could try zucchini or eggplant instead of pumpkin. If preferred, you could use naan, pita or Lebanese bread instead of pide.
