1.In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil on medium. Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, and chilli flakes. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute, until fragrant.
2.Add onion, saute 3-5 minutes, until tender. Add cauliflower, coating well with spices and onion. Stir through tomatoes. Season to taste. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes, until sauce is reduced and cauliflower is tender.
