Chilli tuna spaghetti

This simple spicy tuna pasta dish is perfect for a quick weeknight meal or emergency entertaining. The chilli can be served on the side if you're feeding children.

Ingredients

Method

1.Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain and keep warm.
2.Heat saucepan on high. Add chilli and tuna with oil and cook for 1 minute. Return spaghetti to pan with extra virgin olive oil, tomato and lemon juice. Toss for 1 minute or until heated through. Season to taste.
3.Serve pasta topped with basil leaves and shaved parmesan.

Serve sliced chilli separately if your kids don’t like the flavour.
