Method
1.Cook potato in a large saucepan of boiling salted water 10 minutes.
2.Add zucchini; cook a further 5 minutes, until tender. Drain; return to pan. Add milk, feta and butter; coarsely mash.
3.Meanwhile, cook steaks on a preheated char-grill or barbecue plate 2-3 minutes each side, until cooked.
4.Serve steaks with mash and green salad.
Try to factor in enough time, before having to get dinner on the table, to rest the meat. Steaks need only a couple of minutes, but it makes such a difference to their juiciness.
