Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Line a 10cm x 20cm loaf pan with foil, allowing overhang. Line oven tray with baking paper.
2.In a large bowl, combine mince, onion, carrot, egg, 2 tablespoons chutney, sauce and herbs. Mix well and season. Press mixture into pan. Place on an oven tray. Bake 20 minutes.
3.Meanwhile, for topping, cook potatoes in a medium saucepan of boiling, salted water 15-20 minutes, until tender. Drain well. Mash with milk and butter. Season to taste.
4.Remove meatloaf from pan using foil. Place on tray. Brush with remaining chutney. Top with potato and fluff with a fork. Bake 10-15 minutes, until golden. Serve sliced with steamed beans and extra chutney.
