Method
1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Refresh under cold water.
2.Meanwhile, whisk mayonnaise, mustard and 1/4 cup cold water in a large bowl. Season. Add tuna, coleslaw mix and half the chives. Toss to combine.
3.Add pasta to tuna mixture. Toss to combine Serve sprinkled with remaining chives.
For a richer dressing, replace half the mayonnaise with sour cream. Fresh coleslaw mix is in the salad and lettuce section of supermarkets. You can use any short pasta you like.
