Method

Three grain fried rice

1.Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok over a medium-high heat.
2.Add mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes. Add beans, bok choy and rice.
3.Pour over citrus miso dressing and cook for a further 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
4.Divide between 2 bowls, top with chilli and spring onion, and serve immediately.

5.Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar and whisk until miso is fully incorporated.
