Method
1.Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Cook onion 3 minutes, stirring, until soft.
2.Add garlic and chilli; cook 1 minute, until fragrant. Add tomato and water; bring to boil. Season; cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes.
3.Add prawns; simmer 5 minutes, covered, until prawns are opaque. Remove from heat and stir through feta and herbs. Cover; set aside 5 minutes.
4.Serve in bowls with crusty bread.
