Spiced honey and coriander
1.Melt butter in small frying pan; cook ginger, rind, clove, cardamom and seeds, stirring, until fragrant.
2.Stir in juice, honey and stock; bring to a boil then reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 2 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly. Discard cardamom; stir in coriander off the heat.
