Method

1.Heat butter in large frying pan; cook marinara mix, stirring, until tender. Remove from pan.
2.Heat oil in same pan; cook garlic, mushrooms and snow peas, stirring, until snow peas are tender.
3.Return marinara mix to pan, add onion, salmon, rice, parsley and juice; stir until heated through.
4.Serve sprinkled with cheese.

You will need about 1⅓ cups (265g) of uncooked rice for this recipe.
