Method
1.In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and apple puree. Set aside.
2.Spray a medium non-stick frying pan with oil; heat on medium. Re-heat pork schnitzel 1-2 minutes each side.
3.Lightly toast rolls. Spread a little mayonnaise mixture onto each base. Top with schnitzel, cheese, avocado and lettuce. Place top half of roll on top.
