Prosciutto-wrapped chicken breast with aioli

Method

1.Preheat oven to 200C. Wrap the prosciutto around the chicken breasts and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper and rosemary.
2.Bake chicken for approximately 30 minutes, until golden and chicken is cooked through.
3.Serve hot or cold with aioli on the side.
