Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.
2.Place base on oiled pizza tray or oven tray. Spread with basic tomato sauce.
3.Arrange prosciutto and bocconcini over tomato sauce.
4.Bake about 20 minutes, or until base is well browned and crisp.
5.Serve sprinkled with basil.
