Orange glaze
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan. Grease a 14 x 21cm pan.
2.Mix together all meatloaf ingredients until combined. Season. Press into prepared pan and bake, 30 minutes.
3.To make orange glaze, arrange orange slices on top of meatloaf. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over top. Bake another 15 minutes. Rest in pan 10 minutes, before slicing. Serve cold with a salad or hot with vegetables, if you like.
