Ingredients
Method
1.Heat oil in a large frying pan on high.
2.Cook bacon and onion 3-4 minutes, until bacon is crisp and onions are golden brown. Remove from pan.
3.Cook patties in same pan 2-3 minutes each side, until cooked through. Place a cheese slice on each patty.
4.Meanwhile, preheat grill on high. Spread each half of rolls with butter; grill, cut side up, 1-2 minutes, until golden.
5.Heat extra oil in frying pan on medium. Break eggs into pan; cook 1-2 minutes, until whites are set but yolks are still runny.
6.Fill rolls with lettuce, bacon, tomato, beetroot, cheese, patties, onion and eggs.
7.Serve burgers straight away, with tomato or barbecue sauce, if liked.
