Homemade aioli

Make your own rich and delicious aioli.

Method

1.Peel garlic and place in a blender or food processor with ¼ cup of the oil. Process to a paste.
2.Add the egg yolks and lemon juice. With the blender running, slowly trickle in the remaining oil until the aïoli is a thick and creamy consistency. If this is done too quickly, the mixture will separate. Add salt and pepper.
