1.Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
2.In a large, shallow bowl, combine yoghurt, garlic, juice and zest. Spread combined breadcrumbs and parmesan on a plate. Season to taste.
3.Dip drumsticks in yoghurt mixture and roll in breadcrumbs. Place on tray. Chill, covered, for at least 30 minutes.
4.Preheat oven to moderately hot, 190°C. Arrange potato and sweet potato in a single layer on remaining tray. Spray with oil and season to taste.
5.Spray chicken with oil. Bake both trays for 45-50 minutes, until chicken juices run clear when thickest part is pierced with a skewer. Serve chicken with chips and lemon wedges.
