1.Place green onion in a small bowl of iced water. Stand for 10-15 minutes or until curled. Drain.
2.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over moderate heat. Add red onion; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until softened slightly. Add mince; cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Add garlic and soy sauce. Remove from heat. Stir in sesame seeds.
3.Combine carrot, cabbage, juice, chilli sauce, chilli, coriander and mince mixture in a large bowl. Place lettuce on serving plates. Top with mince mixture. Top with green onion. Serve with extra sweet chilli sauce.
Try chicken mince instead of beef. You can also serve mince mixture in lettuce cups.
