Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line two large baking trays with baking paper.
2.Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add mince; cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, 5 minutes, or until browned.
3.Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add vegetables; cook, stirring 5 minutes. Cool.
4.Cut each pastry sheet into 4 equal sized squares. Spoon 2 tablespoons mince mixture over half of each pastry square. Brush edge with egg; fold pastry over to enclose filling. Press edges with a fork to seal. Repeat with remaining mince mixture and pastry.
5.Brush pastry tops with egg; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 18-20 minutes, or until puffed and golden. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.

We used a frozen vegetable mix comprising peas, carrots and corn.
