Beef, choy sum & noodles
1.In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil on high. Stir-fry beef in 2 batches for 2-3 minutes until brown.
2.Add soy sauce, sherry, chilli and oyster sauce, stirring.
3.Mix noodles and choy sum through. Stir-fry for 2 minutes and serve immediately.
✦ Rinse noodles in boiling water before adding to your stir-fry.
