Balsamic chicken and cannellini bean salad

Method

1.Place garlic, vinegar and oil in a bowl. Season to taste and whisk to combine. Add chicken and turn to coat. Stand for 10 minutes to marinate
2.Heat a chargrill or barbecue on high. Drain chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes each side, until cooked through. Rest for 5 minutes. Cut chicken pieces in half, diagonally.
3.Transfer chicken to a large bowl. Add beans, tomato, rocket and lemon juice and toss lightly to combine. Scatter over basil and serve.
