Perfectly cooked fresh prawns are tossed with Italian chorizo, tomatoes, fresh peas and chilli to create this wonderfully spicy and flavoursome pasta dish.
1.Cook pasta in salted, boiling water 10 minutes, until almost tender.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Saute chorizo, onion and chilli 5 minutes, until onion is tender. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
3.Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water. Add pasta to chorizo mixture. Stir in reserved cooking water and peas. Simmer 5 minutes.
4.Stir in prawns and tomatoes. Cook 3 minutes, until prawns are pink. Stir in parsley and season to taste. Serve.
