Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C.
2.Cut each pastry sheet into 3 triangles measuring 10cm along the base. Cut a 5cm slit up from the centre of each base.
3.In a small bowl, combine chocolate and zest. Chop orange segments; mix into chocolate.
4.Place 1 tablespoon chocolate mixture along long end of each pastry triangle.
5.Roll up from base to tip of each triangle, enclosing filling.
6.Gently bend croissants into a crescent shape. Place on prepared tray. Brush with egg. Bake 10-15 minutes, until golden.
7.Serve croissants warm, dusted with icing sugar.
