1.Preheat the oven to moderate (180°C/160°C fan-forced). Line the base and sides of a deep 19cm square pan with baking paper.
2.Using an electric mixer, beat eggs and sugar in a small bowl until thick and creamy. Transfer to a medium bowl.
3.Blend the coffee and cocoa with the water and oil in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in the spread. Fold the cocoa mixture into the egg mixture. Fold in the flour and Choc Bits; pour the mixture into prepared pan.
4.Bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until firm to the touch. Stand for 30 minutes; turn onto a wire rack. Cut into squares and serve with sifted extra cocoa.
