Method
1.Preheat grill (broiler). Place prosciutto on a baking tray, grill for 1 minute or until crisp.
2.Spread two pieces of toast with dijonnaise, top with turkey, lettuce, parmesan and prosciutto then remaining toast slices.
If you can’t find low-fat dijonnaise, you can use 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise combined with 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard.
