Method

1.Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Cook beef 3-4 minutes each side, until cooked to taste. Set aside and cover to keep warm.
2.To make dressing, whisk together in a jug, sweet chilli sauce, lime zest and juice, fish sauce and garlic. Set aside.
3.In a large bowl, combine herbs, sprouts, tomatoes, cucumber and onion.
4.Slice beef thinly. Arrange over salad and drizzle with dressing just before serving.
