Aïoli
Method
1.Make aïoli. Combine mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice in a small bowl.
2.Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact; combine in large bowl with oil, garlic, paprika, rind and fish.
3.Cook vegetables on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until tender. Cover to keep warm.
4.Cook seafood on heated grill plate. Serve seafood and vegetables with aïoli and lemon wedges.
