Method
1.Cook linguine in a large saucepan of boiling water according to packet directions. Drain.
2.Bring cream to boil in same saucepan on medium heat. Stir in capers, lemon rind and juice. Return pasta to pan with salmon and dill and toss to coat. Serve with a grinding of pepper.
Dill is a classic flavour match with smoked salmon, but you could also use torn parsley.
