Method

1.Halve or quarter mushrooms; place in a bowl.
2.Add oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and chilli; mix to combine. Marinate 30 minutes.
3.Add tomatoes and olives. Cut artichokes into quarters; add to salad. Serve.
