1.Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan forced. Place a large baking tray in oven to heat.
2.Drain sardines, reserving sauce. Spread reserved sauce over pizza base. Top with onion, capsicum and sardines, scatter over olive and parsley. Transfer pizza to preheated baking tray. Bake, 10 minutes, or until base is crisp.
3.Toss spinach in dressing, pile on top of pizza. Sprinkle with oregano, season, and serve with lemon wedges.
