Method
1.In a bowl, combine mince, onion, mint, pine nuts, egg, zest, cumin and chilli flakes. Season to taste; mix well. Shape mixture into 4 equal-sized flattened patties.
2.Heat oil in a large frying pan on high; cook patties 3-4 minutes each side, until browned and cooked through. Remove; drain on paper towel.
3.Spread hummus over base of each portion of turkish bread. Top with patty, tomato and rocket leaves. Finish with remaining half of bread. Serve with wedges, if liked.
