2 teaspoon basil pesto

1/2 cup (110g) sliced roasted capsicum

1/4 cup (20g) shaved parmesan

Method

1.Spread two slices of bread with pesto.

2.Top each with salami, rocket, capsicum and parmesan.

3.Season with pepper; top with remaining bread slices. Serve.
