Method
1.In a jug, whisk together eggs and milk. Season to taste.
2.Place slices of cheese and ham on 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread.
3.Place sandwiches in a dish. Pour over egg mixture. Soak for 5 minutes, turning once.
4.Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium. Drain excess egg from sandwiches. Cook in batches for 2-4 minutes each side, until golden and filling is melting. Serve.
