1.Boil kettle. Place noodles, broccolini and snow peas in a large bowl; cover with boiling water 8 minutes, until noodles are tender, or according to packet instructions. Drain.
2.Meanwhile, combine soy, lime juice, honey, hoisin and ginger in a small bowl.
3.Return noodles, broccolini and snow peas to large bowl with dressing, chicken and most of the cashews, coriander and basil. Toss to combine; coat in dressing.
4.To serve, garnish with remaining cashews, coriander and basil.
